Following the successful sale of his previous portfolio of manufactured products, Brent developed BBOE, Brent Beard Operating Engineer 2.0, to continue his mission of developing innovative products that are engineered, manufactured, and proudly produced in the United States.
With more than 30 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and over two decades focused on independent product development, Brent brings a unique combination of operational expertise, engineering knowledge, and entrepreneurial vision. His career has been built through direct involvement in manufacturing environments—advancing from plant-floor operations to executive leadership and business ownership.
As a third-generation Operating Engineer, Brent’s expertise was developed through practical experience in designing, building, improving, and scaling manufacturing operations. His background spans specialty chemicals, epoxy adhesives, protective coatings, and advanced product solutions serving government, military, industrial, commercial, and consumer markets throughout the United States and internationally.
Throughout his career, Brent has personally manufactured more than 20 million gallons of product. His innovations have supported critical infrastructure projects, commercial applications, national retail programs, and widely distributed consumer products.

Rachel Adkins serves as Vice President of Administration & Compliance, providing strategic leadership across administrative operations, regulatory compliance, governance, and organizational support functions.
She oversees the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls designed to promote operational excellence, accountability, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Working closely with executive leadership, Rachel supports cross-functional initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve processes, and advance BBOE, Brent Beard Operating Engineer's mission and long-term objectives.
Timothy Miller
Senior Counsel
Timothy Miller serves as Senior Counsel, providing strategic legal guidance and oversight for BBOE, Brent Beard Operating Engineer's legal and business affairs.
He advises executive leadership on contractual, regulatory, intellectual property, and corporate matters while supporting responsible growth and operational compliance.
His responsibilities include contract development and negotiation, legal risk management, intellectual property protection, governance support, and coordination with internal teams and external counsel to safeguard the company’s legal interests.
Timothy’s role ensures BBOE, Brent Beard Operating Engineer operates with sound legal foundations while pursuing innovation and strategic growth.
